  • Creating, executing and managing paid marketing and media plans and budgets for client campaigns; working internally with multi-disciplinary teams focused on meeting each client’s business goals with strategies in alignment with their branding, markets and customer profiles.

  • Creating business development strategies and delivering pitches to secure client engagements.

  • Beyond responsibilities above, co-founded our Insights & Analytics Division to offer digital marketing analytics as an added-value service to new and existing clients; helping them drive greater profits through better decision making and returns on ad spend; and gaining actionable insights into their brands, industries, and customers.

  • Main internship project: organized and led a cross-divisional project focused on enhancing the customer experience of Nordstrom’s millennial customers through real-time marketing by analyzing level of digital engagement and increasing purchasing power. Introduced 3rd party vendor to increase level and quality of engagement both in-store and at home; vendor was successfully added as a test pilot to the Customer Experience team’s 2017 road map of differentiating customer experiences.

  • Consistently provided valuable support and contributions to the Shoe Team: completed all campaign recaps for Men’s, Women’s and Kids’ shoes and vendor reporting for the Men’s and Kids’ businesses; focused on sales data, campaign / catalog results, and creative. Created presentation decks used by Marketing Strategy team and vendors to support current year analysis and Spring 2017 plans.

  • Planned and successfully executed a $40,000 Kickstarter campaign for mobile app development.

  • Planned and executed the app-launch marketing campaign; developed and executed holistic PR campaigns which resulted in over 28% growth of user profiles created in the first month of the campaigns. Created and executed a turnkey school marketing and implementation program to over 150 schools in the Cincinnati MSA (onboarding over 350 students in first month); adapted and optimized program to drive scale for other MSAs after launch.
